'OpenFieldBay was born from a vision: to serve authentic Neapolitan pizza in London. The Rossi family established our small but heartfelt pizzeria in 1985, where family traditions in recipes have been passed down for generations.
'Marco Rossi, the originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation while immersed in Italian culture, learning from esteemed Neapolitan pizza chefs. Once back in the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza with customary techniques and top-tier components.
Our beginnings trace back to a cozy 12-seat eatery, and while we've expanded our reach, our dedication to exceptional quality and genuineness remains. Our day-to-day involves baking with wood-fired ovens, crafting fresh dough, and sourcing the best possible ingredients.
Now under the stewardship of the family's second generation, 'OpenFieldBay' continues to be a family-oriented venture with a team that shares our original mission. Despite adapting certain modern enhancements, we stay true to our core: making sumptuous, authentic pizza that unites.
